CARI was founded in 2011 by Alison Bonnyman, to support and connect the aquatic therapy community in Canada. CARI courses have been hosted across Canada and attended by 300+ health professionals committed to providing excellence in aquatic therapy. These individuals are part of a growing, recognize network of qualified aquatic therapists. They can provide their contact information on the CARI website for clients, insurance stakeholders and other referral personnel to access. Fairview Seniors Community Pool
Tamara Colaizzi is the lead aquatic fitness instructor at Fairview Centre for Community Health and Wellness. Tamara has developed an empowering program for women called the 4Ws (Women’s Wednesday Weights and Water class).
Tamara has expanded her fitness experience, to include SUP (Stand Up Paddling) Fitness.
Through her company: For the Love of Fit, Connie has more than thirty years experience educating and motivating people. Audiences in England, Portugal, South Africa, Australia, across USA and Canada have benefited from her expertise.
Her mission is to provide knowledge, resources, and motivation to bring out the best in each of us. Connie believes that “Motion is Lotion”, “Nothing says OUCH like sitting on the couch”, and you have to Move to Improve!
